Contact 2fa.bd

Questions, corrections, security reports or partnership enquiries — here is how to reach a real person.

Email us

We are a small team, so email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us. A clear subject line helps us get your message to the right person.

Email: [email protected]

We aim to reply within two working days. Security reports are prioritised and usually acknowledged within 24 hours — please begin the subject line with SECURITY so it stands out.

What we can help with

  • Corrections to our guides. Platforms move their settings constantly, and our step-by-step instructions occasionally fall behind. If a menu path in one of our articles no longer matches what you see, please tell us — include the article and what you found instead, and we will update it.
  • Questions about our tools. How the 2FA code generator works, what happens to data you enter, or trouble using the online notepad or IP address checker.
  • Suggestions for new guides. If there is a service you want covered, tell us which one. Requests genuinely influence what we write next.
  • Press, partnership and advertising enquiries.
  • Copyright or attribution concerns about anything published here.

What we cannot help with

We want to be straightforward about this, because it is the most common message we receive and we would rather not leave anyone waiting on an answer we cannot give.

We are not affiliated with Google, Facebook, Instagram, Binance, Coinbase, or any other service we write about, and we cannot recover your account. We have no access to your accounts, no ability to reset anyone’s two-factor authentication, and no channel to those companies’ support teams.

If you are locked out of an account, our guide on recovering accounts after losing your 2FA phone walks through the realistic options, and each of our platform guides links to that service’s own recovery process. That is genuinely the fastest route.

Please never send us passwords, secret keys, recovery codes, seed phrases or verification codes. We will never ask for them, and there is no situation in which we would need them. If anyone claiming to represent 2fa.bd asks you for a code, it is not us — see our guide to OTP scams.

Reporting a security issue

If you have found a vulnerability in this website or in one of our tools, we want to hear about it and we will not take action against anyone reporting in good faith. Please email [email protected] with SECURITY at the start of the subject line, and enough detail for us to reproduce the issue.

Our full policy, including scope and what to expect, is on our security disclosure page.

Privacy and your data

Our tools run entirely in your browser, so we hold very little about you by design. If you want to know what we do collect, how analytics and advertising work on this site, or you want to make a data request, our privacy policy covers it — and [email protected] reaches us directly.

The terms covering use of this website are set out in our terms of service.

Who you are writing to

2fa.bd is built and maintained by Bee IT Agency, a web development and digital solutions company founded by A.S.M Nasim, operating from Bogra, Bangladesh. More about the project and why we built it is on our about page.

We do not offer telephone support. Email reaches us faster and gives us the detail we need to actually help.

Before you write

A few things that help us reply usefully:

  • Tell us which page or tool you are writing about, with the URL if you can.
  • If something is not working, mention your browser and device.
  • For corrections, describe what you saw on the platform rather than what the article says — that is the part we need.
  • One message is enough. We read everything, even when a reply takes a day or two.
